StreakNow helps small teams stay productive by gamifying tasks. For each day you submit a task, you'll gain another day to your streak. Compete against your team with a leaderboard, and see what your team have been doing.
Tasks are simply to-dos/jobs you undertake, e.g. 'finish writing FAQ page', 'contact sales team', 'complete email outreach'.
Type your task into the form under the 'Add task to your list' title on your team's Dashboard page, then click the '+ Add Task' button.
Streaks show the number of concurrent days in which you have submitted a task. E.g. if you submit at least one task from Monday to Friday, your streak will be 5. As you submit tasks on concurrent days, your streak will grow until it is broken.
All streaks will remain intact on weekends - they can only break during the standard work week (Monday - Friday). There is no need to do anything in order to prevent your streak breaking at weekends.
In order to prevent your streak from breaking, you'll need to switch the 'Going Away?' toggle to green (on). When you're back, you can switch it back to grey (off).
To create a new team, click the '+ Create Team' link and follow the steps - it's super quick!
In order to join a team, the team owner will need to send you a link via email. Your team owner can invite you by clicking the '+ Invite Member' button on the 'Dashboard' and 'Members' pages.
No, each team can only have one member at the moment. Multiple owners and permissions will come in a future update.
You can switch teams by clicking the 'Change team' dropdown and selecting a new team (you must be logged in first).
To remove team members, go to the 'Members' page (you must be a team owner) and click the 'X' icon on any members you'd like to remove.
Every account starts off on the 'free' plan until limits are reached, at which point you can upgrade to one of our paid plans.

Yes! Navigate to your 'Billing' page (when logged in) and you'll see two options; Downgrade Plan and Cancel Plan.
Streaks are shown next to the User Avatar in the dashboard. There is an icon shown next to a streak for each team member. Icons have three levels, which change based on streak. If streak is lower than 10, the small rocket is shown next to the streak number. From 10 to 100, a lightning bolt is shown. Above 100, the streak logo (fire) is shown.
To connect a Team to Trello, use the top-right dropdown menu and select Trello. Once your account is connected, select a Trello board. Next select the Trello board which is used for done/delivered tasks which shall be counted as completed tasks (Streaks) in StreakNow. Now select a Tean and click: Connect Team. Done! You can add multiple Trello boards to your Teams.
To connect a Team to Asana, use the top-right dropdown menu and select Asana. Once your account is connected, select a Workspace. Next select the project you want to connect. Now select a Team and click: Connect Team. Done! You can add multiple Workspaces to your Teams.
Site tasks are completed by checking them in the dashboard and clicking "Submit completed tasks". Asana and Trello tasks are counted as Streaks when you complete them in Asana or Trello.

To connect a Team to Slack, use the top-right dropdown menu and select Slack. This will show you list of all owned teams with & without Slack connection. To connect select a team from dropdown and click Connect button. It will redirect you to Slack oAuth page where you have grant access to your choice of workspace & channel/ chat. Done! You can add multiple Workspaces to your Teams.
To set up a tournament, use the top menu and navigate to Tournament. Click +Create Tournament, choose a name and set a price. Next click +Add groups and select teams for groups. Now select a start date and stage timings. Done! Game on.
