Your personal data will be processed to:

• deliver commercial information to the e-mail address provided by you and adequately to your consent given in this respect - legal basis:

The controller processes the personal data obtained through:
• providing data by the data subject (hereinafter referred to as "User") via the Website
• sending to or from the data subject an e-mail and traditional mail
• obtained from third parties to whom you have consented to submit them to the Controller for the purpose of marketing of services and products
The data subject has the right to request:
• correction
• deletion
• transfer
• limitation of the processing of personal data
• to object to such processing, including profiling
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent for the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. To the extent that the processing of personal data by the Controller is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. It shall also not affect the possibility of processing personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill an obligation arising from a legal regulation or establishing, asserting or defending claims to which the Controller is entitled.
Personal data will be stored by the Controller as long as you have an Account on the Website. From the date of deactivation of your Account, your personal data will be stored for another 60 days to enable you to reactivate your Account. During this time we will store your personal data for purposes that are also governed by common law. After this time, your personal data will be deleted from the main personal database, with no possibility of retrieval. During the next 120 days your personal data will be stored as encrypted files in back-up copies. The period of 120 days referred to in the previous sentence is necessary for the complete deletion of personal data and results from the specific nature of back-up operations. In addition, your data will be deleted if you request the deletion of your data, object to further processing of your data or revoke your consent to the processing of your data - unless further processing is required by the generally applicable law.
After the above mentioned periods, your data will be deleted, with the exception of the following data:

• your last name
• e-mail address
• Website usage history
• and information about the consents given
The above mentioned data will be stored only as long as it will be necessary due to possible complaints and claims directed to the Controller in connection with the use of the Website - not longer, however, than it is allowed by the generally applicable law.

If you have created a User Account or consented to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to receive the personal data provided to us for the purpose of transferring it to another personal data controller, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. Your personal data will be sent in .CSV format. It is commonly used, can be machine-read and allows data to be transferred to another controller.
